At Merchluma, we want your order to arrive safely, clearly, and on time. We process and ship bathroom essentials, shower curtains, rods, hooks, mats, and home decor items with care so you can refresh your space with confidence.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing may take slightly longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or if an item requires additional handling before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes, if applicable.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected destinations. International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page using your tracking number.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type, warehouse location, package size, or carrier handling requirements.
You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, contact us as soon as possible at support@merchluma.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Merchluma is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, incorrect address information, or high shipping volume.
If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking link provided. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at support@merchluma.com with your order number.
Merchluma is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. However, we will do our best to help you with the carrier claim process.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@merchluma.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution when eligible.
